SHIPPING POLICY
At Renaissance Creative Studios Los Angeles (RCSLA), each order is handled with precision, craftsmanship, and intention. As a luxury fashion house and garment studio, our collections include ready-to-ship items, made-to-order garments, and custom or limited-production pieces. Shipping timelines, processing periods, and final delivery costs vary depending on the nature of the item ordered, destination, carrier availability, customs regulations, and global logistics conditions. By placing an order with RCSLA, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms, responsibilities, limitations, and conditions outlined in this policy.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Ready-to-ship, in-stock items are processed within up to seven (7) business days from the date an order is placed. Processing time refers strictly to internal order handling, preparation, and fulfillment and does not include shipping transit time. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Many RCSLA garments are made-to-order, custom-produced, or manufactured in limited quantities due to the artisanal nature of the brand. For these items, production timelines typically range from two (2) to four (4) weeks. Certain specialty, reconstructed, or highly detailed garments may require additional production time. Production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines begin only once production is fully completed and the order is released for shipment.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
RCSLA ships worldwide from Los Angeles, California. International shipping availability may vary depending on destination country regulations, carrier serviceability, and customs requirements. RCSLA reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain regions or countries at its discretion.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and begin after the order has shipped, not from the purchase date. Within the United States, standard shipping generally takes between three (3) and seven (7) business days once shipped. Express shipping options may be available upon request; customers must contact RCSLA prior to placing an order to inquire about availability, eligibility, and pricing. Express shipping is not guaranteed and is approved on a case-by-case basis. For international orders, standard shipping typically ranges from seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days after shipment. International delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, regulatory delays, weather disruptions, labor actions, or geopolitical factors beyond RCSLA’s control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are flat-rate and based on destination for standard shipping only. Orders shipping within California are charged a flat rate of twenty dollars ($20 USD). Orders shipping to the rest of the United States are charged forty dollars ($40 USD). Orders shipping to Europe are charged sixty dollars ($60 USD). Orders shipping to all other international destinations are charged seventy-five dollars ($75 USD). These rates apply only to standard shipping and do not include customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by destination countries or carriers.
TARIFFS, CUSTOMS & SHIPPING ADJUSTMENTS
Due to changing international tariffs, customs regulations, carrier surcharges, and import requirements, final shipping costs may vary by destination and over time. If shipping costs require adjustment after purchase due to tariffs, customs obligations, or carrier pricing changes, RCSLA reserves the right to contact the customer by email prior to shipment. Additional shipping charges may be required before the order is released. If the customer declines or fails to approve adjusted shipping costs within a reasonable timeframe, RCSLA reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. Refunds, if issued, may exclude transaction fees, payment processing fees, or other non-recoverable costs incurred by RCSLA. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping charges.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once an order ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to appear in the carrier’s system. Tracking availability and accuracy are dependent on the carrier and destination.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
RCSLA is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays or holds, packages lost in transit, packages marked as delivered but not received, or packages stolen after delivery confirmation. Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, responsibility passes to the shipping provider. Claims for lost or delayed shipments must be filed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information at checkout. RCSLA is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Packages returned due to address errors may be subject to reshipment fees, additional shipping charges, or cancellation at RCSLA’s discretion. Reshipment is not guaranteed.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
RCSLA reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain regions, addresses, or customers based on risk assessment, fraud prevention, carrier limitations, or customs complications. RCSLA also reserves the right to cancel any order deemed high-risk for loss, chargeback exposure, or delivery failure. All shipping policies are subject to change without prior notice.
